SwapStudio and SwapStudio Motion change faces and people in photos and videos. These rules exist to keep that safe and fair. By using the service you agree to follow them.

Consent is required

You may only use a person's face or likeness if that person has agreed. If you upload a photo or video of someone, you confirm they consented to being swapped in or out. For minors, a parent or guardian must consent.

Not allowed

• Adult or sexual content. No nudity, sexual content or sexualised content of any person.
• Non-consensual use. No swapping the face of anyone who has not agreed, including friends, classmates, colleagues, public figures and celebrities.
• Impersonation and fraud. No pretending to be someone else, no fake evidence, scams, harassment, defamation, or misleading political or news content.
• Content involving children other than with a parent or guardian's consent and never in any sexual context.
• Anything illegal where you are or where the people shown live.

Watermarks

Outputs are watermarked so they can be identified as AI-edited. Do not remove, crop out or hide the watermark, and do not present swapped media as genuine.

Enforcement

We may remove content, block uploads, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities. If a person finds their likeness was used without consent, we will remove it on request.
