Privacy policy

Draft, last updated 2026-10-24. This is a working draft and not legal advice. It covers this website and waitlist only; it will be extended before the product launches.

Who we are

SwapStudio (a working name) is operated from Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Contact: tenzin.dukdak77@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist we store:

• your email address,
• the date and time you ticked the box "Email me when SwapStudio launches", as a record of your consent.

We do not store your IP address, and this site does not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Why we use it

Only to email you about the SwapStudio launch. We won't sell or share your email for marketing by others. Every email will include an unsubscribe link.

Where it is stored

Waitlist data is stored with Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Your data may be stored on servers outside Canada.

Your choices

• Consent is optional. Without the checkbox, nothing is stored.
• Ask us at any time to delete your email or withdraw consent.
• You can ask what we hold about you.

Photos and videos

The swap tools are not yet available on this site. Before they launch, this policy will explain how uploaded photos and videos are handled and deleted.
